Job Purpose
To operate and monitor the Expandable Graphite (EG) processing unit safely and efficiently, ensuring production targets, product quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate reactors, dryers, mixers, packing machines, and other production equipment as per SOPs.
- Monitor process parameters and maintain process stability.
- Handle chemicals, raw materials, and finished products safely.
- Perform start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities.
- Maintain production logs, shift reports, and equipment records.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report abnormalities.
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and process specifications.
- Follow all safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the assigned area.
- Minimize process losses and improve productivity.
- Support supervisors during audits and inspections.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Production, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in chemical processing, graphite processing, carbon materials, or manufacturing operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
