Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Fresher Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team. The candidate will assist in dispensing medications, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations, and providing quality pharmaceutical care under the guidance of senior pharmacists.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately as per doctors' prescriptions.
- Verify prescriptions for completeness and dosage accuracy.
- Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, storage, and possible side effects.
- Maintain proper records of dispensing, billing, and controlled drugs.
- Monitor medicine stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage of medicines as per manufacturer and regulatory guidelines.
- Check expiry dates and remove expired or damaged medicines from inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
- Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and applicable pharmacy regulations.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
- Participate in stock audits and inventory management activities.
- Report medication errors or adverse drug reactions to the senior pharmacist.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm).
- Registered Pharmacist with the respective State Pharmacy Council.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 per month
