Drux Health and Wellness Store is looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist customers and ensure smooth operation of our website and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer technical queries via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot login, order, payment, and account-related issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the technical team.
- Track and update support tickets until resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service and user guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
