We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s obsessed with breaking down complex processes and rebuilding them into clean, scalable systems. We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of Atlys’ core product. You will own the experience, drive the roadmap, improve user journeys, and ship features that boost conversions, reliability, and customer happiness.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving complex real-world problems, works fast, and cares deeply about user experience.
The Job

Product Roadmap: Define and drive the vision for the Atlys experience across countries, categories, and user segments.

User Journey Excellence: Rethink flows to make them faster, simpler, and more intuitive. Reduce drop-offs. Delight users.

Global Expansion Features: Ship features that scale across destinations with different rules, edge cases, and compliance quirks.

Conversion & Growth: Run experiments, A/B tests, and optimizations to improve conversions, onboarding, reliability, and funnel efficiency.

Own end-to-end engagement and Growth metrics

Lead a culture of rapid experimentation by forming clear hypotheses, running structured tests, and scaling winning insights across markets.

Customer Understanding: Talk to customers, watch session recordings, find friction, and react quickly.

Engineering & Design Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design to prioritize, scope, and ship quickly with high product quality.

Data-Driven Decisions: Define success metrics, own dashboards, dive into data, and iterate based on insights.
The ideal candidate

4-8 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer tech, fintech, travel, mobility, or similar complex spaces.

Strong product sense with a track record of improving user journeys and building intuitive experiences.

Solid analytical skills and comfort with data tools, experimentation, and metrics.

Ability to execute quickly without compromising quality or user trust.

High ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.

Experience working with engineering and design teams to ship high-impact features.

Ability to simplify complex workflows and edge cases into delightful product experiences.
