ROLE OVERVIEW
Aakash Fertility Centre & Hospital is seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketer to drive patient acquisition through strategic, data-driven digital advertising campaigns. The role focuses on optimizing paid media performance across multiple platforms to achieve high-quality lead generation, improved conversion rates, and maximum return on advertising investment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels.
- Drive qualified patient leads while optimizing Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking, event tracking, pixel integration, and attribution setup.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis.
- Perform continuous A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience sets to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and CRM teams to ensure effective campaign execution and lead nurturing.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Prepare structured weekly and monthly performance reports with key metrics and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising policies and platform guidelines.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of GA4 (Google Analytics 4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking systems.
- Knowledge of lead generation funnels and performance marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of remarketing, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with attention to detail.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
