Job Title: Dealer Sales Executive – Home Décor (Crockery Segment)
Job Summary
The Dealer Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and expanding the dealer and distributor network for premium crockery and tabletop products. The role focuses on developing long-term relationships with dealers, retailers, distributors, and channel partners while achieving sales targets and increasing brand visibility in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong network of dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners for crockery and home décor products.
- Identify and appoint new dealers to expand market reach and increase sales coverage.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Promote the company's range of crockery products, including dinner sets, serving ware, bowls, mugs, cups, plates, glassware, and tabletop accessories.
- Conduct regular market visits to dealers, retailers, and distributors to generate orders and strengthen business relationships.
- Ensure effective product placement, merchandising, and display at dealer outlets.
- Organize product presentations, dealer meets, promotional activities, and sales campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels at dealer locations and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitor products, pricing, consumer preferences, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Resolve dealer concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, market feedback, and sales forecasts.
Must Have:
- 2–5 years of experience in dealer sales, channel sales, or B2B sales.
- Experience in crockery, kitchenware, home décor, houseware, giftware, ceramics, glassware, or consumer durable products is preferred.
