Job Summary:
We are seeking a Telecaller Executive to manage calls to clients. The role involves inhouse work like calling, follow-ups, payment tracking, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to corporate customers for overdue payments and regular follow-ups
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per due dates
- Maintain accurate records of collection efforts, customer responses, and payment updates in the system/CRM
- Share daily/weekly MIS reports on collections and recovery status
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1–2years of experience in collections calling
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Basic understanding of finance terminology
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
