We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can sell CertifAI programs to institutes, coaching centers, schools, and individual learners through calling and relationship building.
This is a target-driven role with high growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and connect with:
- Schools, Colleges, Institutes
- Coaching centers & trainers
- Individual learners (B2C)
- Explain and pitch CertifAI AI Skill Programs
- Conduct product demos (online/offline)
- Convert leads into paid enrollments
- Build long-term relationships with institute partners
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM data
- Achieve monthly sales targets
What You Will Sell
- AI Skill Certification Programs (3 Levels)
- Institute Licensing (B2B model)
- Student Enrollments (B2C model)
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Comfortable with calling-based sales
- Basic understanding of AI (training will be provided)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Profile
- Experience in EdTech / Training / Coaching sales
- Experience selling courses (plus point)
- Ability to explain concepts in simple terms
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
