We are looking for an Export Merchandiser to manage customer orders and coordinate between international buyers, production, QC and export teams for our Leather Work Gloves and PPE products.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle international customer orders from order confirmation to shipment.
* Coordinate with buyers regarding specifications, samples, packaging and delivery schedules.
* Prepare and maintain order sheets, production follow-ups and shipment documentation.
* Coordinate with the Production and QC teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
* Follow up on raw materials, production status, inspections and final dispatch.
* Communicate with overseas buyers regarding order updates and requirements.
* Check product specifications, packing details, quantities and quality requirements.
* Coordinate samples and buyer approvals.
* Maintain accurate records of orders, customer requirements and delivery timelines.
* Ensure timely communication and smooth execution of export orders.
Requirements
* Experience as an Export Merchandiser / Export Coordinator preferred.
* Experience in PPE, leather gloves, safety products, garments or leather products will be an advantage.
* Good knowledge of export order processing and documentation.
* Excellent English communication and email-writing skills.
* Strong coordination, follow-up and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Experience: Relevant export merchandising experience preferred.
Pay: ₹13,263.02 - ₹48,692.98 per month
