Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and creative individual who can manage client relationships while also supporting marketing activities. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and a good understanding of digital marketing and creative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients
Understand client requirements and brief internal teams clearly
Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams
Ensure timely delivery of projects
Handle client feedback and revisions
Build and maintain client relationships
Marketing:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns
Manage social media platforms and content
Assist in lead generation activities
Conduct market research and track trends
Monitor campaign performance and reports
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing
Good coordination and multitasking ability
Creative thinking and problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple projects
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

0–3 years of experience in marketing or client servicing
