We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and customer-oriented Food & Beverage (F&B) Associate to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, and ensuring that guest satisfaction remains our top priority.

Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Welcome and greet guests warmly, assist them with seating, present menus, and make informed recommendations on food and drink options.
- Order Management: Accurately take guest food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Service Delivery: Serve dishes and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Table Maintenance: Clear tables quickly after guests finish, clean and sanitize dining areas, and reset tables for the next patrons.
- Payment Processing: Handle cash and card transactions accurately and process guest bills.
- Stock & Inventory: Restock service stations, cutlery, glassware, and condiments as needed throughout the shift.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; certifications in food handling or responsible alcohol service
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
