We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a track record in software services sales. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close. Your focus will be on selling custom software engineering services across AI, blockchain, cloud infrastructure, and web development.
- Execute day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Build deep relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and present to executive stakeholders
- Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic account planning
- Collaborate with delivery teams to align solution scoping with client needs
- Maintain competitive intelligence on market trends, pricing, and positioning
- Manage the full lifecycle of the sales process from initial contact to contract signature
- Developing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline across CRM/IoT/IR and AI/blockchain service lines
- Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients
- Negotiating commercial terms and closing business deals
- Tracking and reporting on sales metrics to senior management
- Managing outstanding payments and collections
- 2.5+ years of experience in software/services sales, preferably in a B2B technology environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience selling to technical buyers (CTOs, engineering leaders)
- Familiarity with AI, blockchain, or cloud services is a strong plus
