Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive sales of luxury residential plots and future development phases.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Generate qualified leads through direct sales, referrals, events, and channel partners.
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, and client consultations.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage sales executives.
- Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline management, and lead conversion ratios.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture.
Channel Partner Development
- Build and maintain relationships with property consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
- Design incentive programs to increase partner engagement and sales productivity.
- Conduct partner meets and project orientation sessions.
Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences from inquiry to booking.
- Understand customer investment objectives and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle negotiations and close high-value transactions.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations for sales growth.
- Identify emerging opportunities within the luxury real estate segment.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA regulations and company policies
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
