Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our engineering
team. The selected candidates will receive structured on-the-job training and gain hands-on
experience in manufacturing processes, quality systems, product development, and
continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day departmental operations.
Support production, assembly, design, or quality activities.
Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Identify and support process improvement initiatives.
Perform tasks assigned by supervisors during the training period.
Eligibility Criteria
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing
Engineering, or a related field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

Probation & Confirmation
The selected candidate will undergo a 6-month probation period.
Upon successful completion of the probation period, confirmation of employment will
be based on the employee's performance, attendance, discipline, and overall
contribution to the organization.
On successful confirmation, the employee's annual CTC may be revised to
approximately ₹2.5 LPA to ₹3.0 LPA, based on individual performance and company
policies.
If the employee's performance, conduct, or adherence to company policies is found to
be unsatisfactory during the probation period, the Company reserves the right to
extend the probation period or terminate the employment in accordance with
applicable laws and the terms of employment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
