We are hiring a Campus Partnerships Executive to build partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutes. You will drive outreach, schedule demos with placement stakeholders, run follow-ups, and support pilot conversions.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is strong in communication, disciplined in outreach, and excited about education and student outcomes.
##Key Responsibilities
1. Build a target list of institutes and colleges in assigned regions.
2. Reach out to decision-makers such as TPOs, placement officers, HODs, and directors Directly face to face or via calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
3. Qualify leads and schedule product demos.
4. Support demo coordination and follow-up until pilot activation.
5. Maintain daily activity and pipeline updates in CRM/sheets.
6. Coordinate with founders/senior sales for commercial closure.
7. Collect stakeholder feedback and share insights with product and leadership teams.
## Ideal Candidate Profile
1. 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, EdTech sales, or campus outreach.
2. Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
3. Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-up.
4. Confident in speaking with institutional stakeholders.
5. Organized, target-driven, and consistent with reporting.
6. Basic understanding of SaaS/technology products is preferred.
## Preferred Background
- Candidates with experience in EdTech, training institute sales, or college engagement.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply.

## Incentive Structure (Sample)
- Per paid pilot onboarding: INR 1,000 to INR 2,000
- Additional bonus for annual institutional contracts
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
