Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Chinese Cuisine
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and cooking of Chinese dishes while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Prepare a variety of Chinese specialties, including stir-fries, noodles, rice dishes, soups, sauces, and appetizers.
- Ensure proper mise en place and availability of ingredients for daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control standards.
- Follow standardized recipes and cooking procedures.
- Supervise and support Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff in the assigned section.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Properly store, label, and rotate food items using FIFO procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and stock control.
- Minimize food wastage through efficient preparation and storage practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Chinese kitchen section.
- Ensure safe operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service during peak hours.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
