looking for a Production Engineer with experience in fabrication and production planning for pressure vessels and heat exchangers. The candidate should be capable of handling production activities, contractor coordination, material planning, and daily production reporting while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Production Planning.
Daily Production Report.
Resolving contractor difficulties and problems.
Daily Contractor Work follows up.
Production review meeting. Ensuring production targets.
Resolving contractor difficulties and problems.
Contractor Billing (LOI, PR PO Follow-up).
Improvise action plan as per priority.
Bar chart of ongoing job.
Prepare cutting list and give BOI to store.
Make cutting list after drawing received issue the material to contractor.
Acid cleaning, stencilling Paint supervision.
Handover the job to logistics department after QC clearance.
Maintain 5S in leading area.Experience required in pressure vessels, heat exchanger
In materials SS, CS & exotic MOC
Shall understand engineering drawings
Shall be well versed with AutoCAD
