Job Summary
We are seeking a result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent market knowledge, and a proven track record in residential real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Manage lead allocation, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Monitor sales performance, CRM updates, and prepare MIS reports.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Be available to travel to the project site at Isnapur whenever required, particularly on weekends, to support customer site visits and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in residential real estate sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market (preferably West Hyderabad).
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
- Target-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.
