Job Description
We are looking for a CASA Sales Executive with hands-on experience in Current Account and Savings Account acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for handling Dubai/UAE-based clients, generating business, managing documentation and ensuring smooth account opening and activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Current Account and Savings Account acquisition for Dubai/UAE clients.
- Generate leads through outbound calling and convert them into account-opening opportunities.
- Communicate with business owners, professionals and individual clients to understand their banking requirements.
- Explain relevant CASA and Business Banking solutions to clients.
- Collect, verify and process KYC and account-opening documents.
- Handle application entry, system processing, document uploading and case tracking.
- Coordinate with internal/banking teams for verification and account processing.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and application updates.
- Maintain accurate client and application records in CRM/system.
- Ensure cases are followed through until account opening/activation.
- Achieve assigned sales and account-opening targets.
Candidate Requirements
- 6 Months – 2 Years of relevant experience in CASA, Banking Sales, Business Banking, Current Account or Savings Account sales.
- Hands-on experience in Current & Savings Account acquisition and account opening.
- Business/Corporate Banking experience will be preferred.
- Good understanding of KYC, account-opening documentation and application processing.
- Prior experience in client calling, sales and follow-ups.
- Good English communication and professional client-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM, banking and system-based applications.
- UAE/Dubai banking or financial-services experience will be an added advantage.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Only candidates residing in Faridabad should apply.
