*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Strategy Development:*
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for the US market, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and related topics.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand building & management.
2. *Team Leadership:*
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, including specialists in SEO, PPC, social media, content, and analytics.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment.
3. *Campaign Management:*
- Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals, brand guidelines, and are delivering measurable ROI.
4. *Performance Tracking & Reporting:*
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, recommending actionable improvements.
5. *Collaboration:*
- Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
6. *Budget Management:*
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Track and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the USA market.
- Proven experience in leading and managing digital marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience working with B2B/B2C brands in the USA market
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SEO with a strong emphasis on on-page optimization.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush and any other.
Proficiency in technical & statistical data preparation
-Proficiency in Marketing Dossier Preparation
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the lighting industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
