About the Role
We are looking for a Technical SEO & Web Developer to manage SEO initiatives and website development for multiple client projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Technical SEO, website optimization, and CMS development, with the ability to improve website performance and organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawlability, indexing, schema, redirects, and site performance issues.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, and website architecture.
- Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, Webflow, Wix, and Squarespace.
- Build responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integrate APIs, CRM tools, and third-party applications.
- Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, competitor analysis, and Local SEO.
- Manage Google Business Profiles, link-building campaigns, and SEO reporting.
- Configure and monitor GA4, GTM, Search Console, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.
- Stay updated with AI Search, AEO, GEO, and the latest SEO trends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of Technical SEO experience.
- Minimum 3 years of website development experience.
- Proven experience in improving website performance, rankings, and organic traffic.
