Position: Back Office Executive
Job Summary
The Back Office Executive will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. The role requires excellent English and Hindi typing skills, accuracy in data management, document preparation, and coordination with different departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the organization's software and databases.
- Draft and format letters, notices, reports, and other official documents in both English and Hindi.
- Type documents in English and Hindi with high speed and accuracy.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and administrative support.
- Verify and update records to ensure data accuracy.
- Handle email correspondence and maintain proper documentation.
- Scan, print, photocopy, and file official documents.
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational data and documents.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in back office, administration, or data entry.
Required Skills
- Excellent English and Hindi typing skills (Unicode/Inscript/Remington or other commonly used Hindi typing tools).
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Good knowledge of email drafting and document formatting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of office administration and record management.
Pay: ₹10,647.28 - ₹18,999.21 per month
