As a BIM Architect, your responsibilities will span across model authoring, interdisciplinary coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
- Proficiency in BIM tools including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Person should have BIM Modelling skills.
- Strong understanding of BIM terminology, LOD protocols, and collaborative workflows.
- Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and project-specific BEPs.
- Ability to interpret and model across multi-disciplinary scopes—Architecture, Structure, MEPF, Façade, and Landscape.
- Experience in clash detection and resolution workflows, including generation and interpretation of clash matrices.
- Capability to conduct BIM audits, validate model integrity, and ensure compliance with project protocols.
- Participation in client-facing coordination meetings, presenting model insights and resolving design conflicts.
- Understanding of construction sequencing and methodology, enabling phase-wise model development and deliverable planning.
