Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive who will manage client relationships along with handling basic accounting and financial coordination. The role includes client communication, billing, payment follow-ups, and ensuring smooth financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:Client & Sales Coordination:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services
Accounts & Finance Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices and ensure timely billing to clients
- Maintain records of sales, payments, and outstanding balances
- Follow up with clients for pending payments and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal accounts team for financial updates
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and transactions
- Assist in preparing financial reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Track credit limits and ensure adherence to company policies
- Support in GST documentation and basic compliance (if applicable)
Customer Support:
- Handle customer queries related to billing and services
- Resolve issues efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
