Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 6 months
- Language:

- Candidates with previous salary up to ₹26,000–₹27,000 may be considered.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a collection/sales environment.
Salary
- Experienced Candidates: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000/month
- Graduate Freshers: ₹18,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers through outbound calls regarding payments, collections, or sales.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution/payment.
- Explain products, services, or payment-related information clearly.
- Handle customer queries and maintain professional communication.
- Achieve assigned collection/sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
