Job Summary
Mahalaxmi Pipes is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Executive Assistant to support our sales team with customer coordination, order processing, quotations, and daily sales operations. We are seeking candidates with experience in the agricultural PVC pipes industry or related agricultural products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Executive in customer follow-ups and relationship management.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and maintain sales records.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts for timely order execution.
- Maintain customer databases and prepare sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Eligibility
- Experience: 1–2 years in sales or sales support.
- Preferred Industry Experience: Agricultural PVC pipes, HDPE pipes, irrigation products, drip irrigation, sprinkler systems, agricultural equipment, agri-inputs, farm machinery, or other agriculture-related industries.
- Candidates with experience in the agricultural PVC pipe industry will be given preference.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi. Basic English and computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email) are preferred.
Salary
₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
