Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team in Jaipur. You will act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, providing timely assistance, resolving complaints, and maintaining high customer satisfaction across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or live chats to resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer problems, process requests, and aim for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Product Knowledge: Understand company products, services, pricing, and policies to deliver clear and accurate guidance.
- CRM & Record Maintenance: Document all customer interactions, feedback, and complaint details accurately using CRM tools.
- Escalation Management: Coordinate with internal departments (technical, billing, logistics) to address complex issues.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to assist in improving overall service quality and process workflows.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; 6 months to 2 years of prior customer support, tele-calling, or BPO experience preferred (higher end of salary range for candidates with experience).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer proficiency, familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce), and typing speed of 25+ WPM.
- Soft Skills: Active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and patience under pressure.
Salary & Benefits
- Compensation: ₹23,000 – ₹26,000 in hand per month
- Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives (where applicable)
- Working Days: 5 to 6 days/week (rotational shifts and off-days as required)
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
