We are looking for a Solution Architect for Digital Solutions to lead and shape the technical direction of our digital products and platforms.
In this role, you will combine architectural leadership, technical expertise, and business alignment to design and deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready digital solutions. You will act as a bridge between business needs, product vision, and engineering execution, ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable value to customers and support long-term platform evolution.
As a Solution Architect, you will:
- Define and guide the end-to-end solution architecture across applications, data, integrations, and infrastructure.
- Ensure a holistic and long-term architectural vision, aligned with business strategy, product roadmaps, and enterprise standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, product owners, tech leads, development teams, and architects across Digital Solutions and IT.
- Drive the evolution of digital solutions toward scalability, resilience, and modularity.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Design Leadership
- Define solution architecture covering services, APIs, data models, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
- Establish and govern architectural standards, design principles, and best practices.
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
- Support and guide decisions on integration patterns, data flows, and event-driven architectures.
Technical Strategy & Delivery
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support development teams in delivering high-quality, maintainable, and production-ready solutions.
- Contribute hands-on where needed, ensuring engineering quality and delivery excellence.
- Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform sustainability.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and domains.
- Communicate architectural decisions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Participate in and represent Digital Solutions in architecture forums and cross-organizational initiatives.
Innovation & Technology Evolution
- Act as a technology evangelist, exploring emerging technologies and trends (e.g., AI/ML, cloud-native architectures).
- Drive proof-of-concepts, innovation initiatives, and modernization programs.
- Promote adoption of modern architectural patterns and technologies.
Team Enablement & Governance
- Mentor and guide engineers through design reviews, best practices, and architectural coaching.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Ensure architectural visibility, documentation, and adherence to governance processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET / C#, microservices, APIs, React / Angular, SQL, Redis and enterprise data modelling.
- Several years of experience in software development combined with solution or system architecture responsibility.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and align cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing and delivering complex, scalable, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data-driven architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation).
- Curious mindset with an interest in emerging technologies, AI, and innovation.
- Ability to operate across strategic, architectural, and hands-on technical layers.
- Collaborative and comfortable working in global, multidisciplinary environments.
