Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in selling apartments, villas, plots, or other real estate properties. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through walk-ins, referrals, channel partners, and marketing campaigns.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits for potential buyers.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to customers.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and sales campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years and maximum 6 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience in selling apartments, residential projects, plotted developments, or commercial properties is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience with real estate developers, builders, or property consulting firms.
- Strong network of customers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in Tamil and English; additional languages will be an advantage.
