We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Coordinator to manage service operations, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and oversee CRM, AMC, and CMC activities. The ideal candidate will ensure timely service execution, efficient communication, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily service operations and customer support activities.
- Manage customer service requests, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Technical teams for timely service delivery.
- Maintain customer records, service requests, and updates in the CRM system.
- Handle AMC and CMC contracts, including renewals, scheduling, and documentation.
- Schedule installations, preventive maintenance, breakdown visits, and engineer assignments.
- Prepare service quotations, work orders, reports, and related documentation.
- Monitor service requests from initiation to closure and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service status and contract renewals.
- Generate service reports and maintain accurate service records.
- Support continuous improvement of service processes and customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Service Coordination, Customer Support, or Service Operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer relationship management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and service management processes.
- Good knowledge of AMC/CMC management and contract renewals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, follow-up, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of technical products and service operations.
