Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives for the construction business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating high-quality B2B and B2C leads, promoting construction projects and services, and supporting the sales team through effective digital campaigns. The candidate should possess strong expertise in performance marketing, content strategy, SEO, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business and sales objectives.
· Plan and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
· Generate qualified enquiries for construction projects, contracting services, industrial projects, and business development initiatives.
· Manage the company website, ensuring it is SEO-optimized, user-friendly, and regularly updated with project portfolios, case studies, blogs, and service information.
· Create and oversee digital content, including project videos, client testimonials, brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and social media posts.
· Improve organic search rankings through SEO best practices and manage SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.
· Coordinate with the sales, business development, design, and project teams to support marketing and promotional activities.
· Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns targeting architects, consultants, builders, developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
· Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools, providing actionable insights.
· Manage online reputation, customer engagement, and social media presence across all digital platforms.
· Track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities.
· Plan and execute email marketing, remarketing, and marketing automation campaigns to nurture prospective clients.
· Prepare monthly marketing reports covering campaign performance, lead generation, website traffic, and return on investment (ROI).
· Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure optimal utilization of marketing spend.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
· 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in lead generation and performance marketing.
· Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools.
· Experience in website management, content marketing, social media strategy, and campaign optimization.
· Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualification
· Experience in the construction, EPC, infrastructure, real estate, engineering, building materials, or contracting industry will be a strong advantage.
· Experience in marketing construction projects, industrial services, commercial buildings, residential developments, or engineering solutions is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
