Role overview:
We are a government-empaneled civil contracting firm operating pan-India across construction, renovation, interior, and furnishing projects. We are hiring a seasoned Senior Site Supervisor to lead on-site execution, measurements, rate analysis, and client billing for interior and furnishing works.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed metric measurements of completed and ongoing work at site.
- Perform rate analysis for interior and furnishing items as per project specifications.
- Prepare and submit client bills, RA bills, and measurement books accurately and on time.Supervise daily site activities; ensure quality, timeline adherence, and coordination with contractors and labour.
- Maintain records, prepare progress reports, and manage data using MS Excel.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and government officials for site approvals and queries.
- Travel to project sites across India as and when required.
Required skills & qualifications:
- Proven experience in civil site supervision, specifically in interior and furnishing works.
- Hands-on knowledge of rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and metric measurement systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel — bill preparation, quantity statements, and MIS reports.
- Experience in government contracts and billing formats is a strong advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with clients and officials.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Location & travel:
Candidate must currently reside in Mumbai suburbs — anywhere in the Virar to Mira Road corridor (Western line).Must be open and willing to travel to project sites across India on assignment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹49,195.29 per month
