Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Representative to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, generating new business opportunities, promoting our products, collecting market intelligence, and achieving assigned sales targets.
This role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory and close coordination with the sales, service, and operations teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct daily field visits to printers, advertising agencies, signage manufacturers, packaging companies, and other potential customers.
- Generate qualified leads through cold visits, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Sales & Marketing
- Promote and demonstrate company products and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and submit quotations with support from the sales team.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular follow-up visits to existing clients.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Order & Payment Coordination
- Assist customers with order placement.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Follow up on pending payments and support collection activities.
- Ensure smooth order execution from enquiry to delivery.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
- Identify emerging market trends and customer needs.
- Share market feedback with management to support business growth.
Reporting
- Submit daily visit reports (DVR).
- Update CRM with customer visits, enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
