Role Overview
We’re looking for driven and proactive Sales Outreach Executives / SDRs to join our growing team. This is a front-line role responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients for our lead generation, content syndication, and webinar services.
This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and are excited about helping global B2B marketing leaders discover new ways to grow their pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to engage marketing and demand gen leaders at B2B tech companies and agencies
· Qualify leads, understand client needs, and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales leadership
· Research target accounts to craft personalized messaging
· Maintain accurate records of all outreach and lead interactions via CRM tools
· Stay up to date with industry trends and OnDot's offerings to effectively pitch solutions
Requirements
· Understanding of B2B sales, SDR, or BDE
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Comfortable reaching out cold and building rapport with senior-level stakeholders
· Familiarity with tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
· Strong research skills and attention to detail
· A self-starter mind-set with the ability to work independently and hit monthly targets
