Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Executive – Europe Outbound Sales to drive B2B sales for Europe outbound travel.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in Europe outbound travel sales, an established network of Indian travel agents, and a proven ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
You will manage the complete sales cycle—from understanding client requirements and coordinating quotations to negotiations, follow-ups, and booking confirmations. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role with excellent opportunities for career growth as Travmonde continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive outbound sales and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Indian travel agents and B2B travel partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to confirmed booking.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate timely quotations and travel proposals.
- Present quotations to clients, address queries, negotiate commercial terms where appropriate, and drive conversions.
- Consistently follow up on enquiries to maximize booking confirmations.
- Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the quotation / sourcing team for pricing, product availability, and supplier support.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless handover of confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payment follow-ups and commercial closure.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain sales pipeline updates, and daily activity reports.
- Support quotation activities during periods of high enquiry volume or business-critical requirements to ensure timely responses and maintain service levels.
- Collaborate across departments and contribute wherever required to achieve team and organizational objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Europe Outbound B2B Travel Sales (mandatory).
- Strong network of Indian travel agents actively selling Europe.
- Proven track record in lead conversion and revenue generation.
- Good knowledge of European destinations, products, suppliers, and travel services.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, accountable, and target-driven.
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
