We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Premium Services team and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Premium Services team.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor Team Leads and Application Specialists.
- Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and quality standards.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and process compliance.
- Monitor team productivity, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Reduce operational errors, student escalations, and turnaround time.
- Track interview opportunities, student engagement, and satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards for management.
- Identify process improvements and implement automation where possible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the student experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Success, Recruitment Operations, or Service Delivery.
- At least 2 years of team management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Experience creating SOPs, dashboards, and operational processes.
- Experience in EdTech, Recruitment, HR Operations, BPO, or Customer Success is preferred.
- Exposure to UK recruitment or international hiring is an added advantage.
