Job Purpose:
An SRA Account Executive plays a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships across priority accounts while supporting the delivery of legacy, managed services, and technology- and AI-driven solutions. The role bridges client engagement, internal commercial processes, and delivery teams, ensuring that Acuity’s solutions translate into measurable business value for key clients. Account Executives act as trusted partners, working closely with Sales, Marketing, CRM and analytics, and delivery teams to maintain strong account governance, identify growth opportunities, and support the successful delivery of Acuity Analytics solutions
Job responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients on day‑to‑day matters • Understand client objectives and support The Sales lead in translating these into solutions • Support a consistently high‑quality, insight‑focused client experience
Accounts & Commercial Management : Support the management of assigned accounts, including revenue tracking, pipeline development, and engagement oversight. • Assist with commercial discussions, and pricing support • Help coordinate key proposals, statements of work, and responses to client opportunities • Identify opportunities to expand AD&D and managed services offerings, including data engineering, advanced analytics, and AI solutions, etc.
Business Development & Growth Support : Play an active role supporting and driving client engagement when required • Contribute to account planning and growth strategies • Collaborate with Delivery to Research client industries, Prospect maturity, and analytics trends to inform Engagement and pursuit plan • Support the curation of client presentations, insight summaries, and materials for meetings • Track opportunities and activity using CRM and reporting tools • Orchestrate Stakeholder Mapping, Value Report, and client listening
Financial & Performance Reporting : Support forecasting, billing, and revenue reporting for analytics engagements • Track account performance, utilisation, and profitability • Support the curation of updates for leadership and account reviews Internal Collaboration & Governance • Support internal reviews, delivery governance, and client feedback processes • Coordinate internally across Sales, delivery, and leadership teams
