Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, coordinating departments, and maintaining service standards during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day hotel operations and guest service activities
- Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and reservation processes
- Handle guest complaints, escalations, and service recovery
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Security teams
- Monitor occupancy, room status, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Prepare daily operational reports and shift handover documentation
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Respond to emergencies and resolve operational issues promptly
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent guest relations and customer service abilities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- 3–8 years of experience in hotel operations
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in hotels, resorts, boutique properties, or hospitality establishments
- Knowledge of hotel PMS software such as IDS, Opera, or similar systems
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
