Key Responsibilities.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently monitor and execute the loading and unloading of cargo vehicles and containers.
- Damage & Deficit Reporting: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments; immediately report any missing parcels, short supplies, or damaged products to the supervisor.
- Inventory Verification: Match physical stock against delivery challans, invoices, or loading sheets to ensure accuracy.
- Material Handling: Safely move, stack, and organize materials within the designated storage areas.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the warehouse floor.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: 10th standard pass or above.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or transport environment is preferred but not mandatory (fresher candidates with high energy are welcome).
- Attention to Detail: Quick at spotting damaged boxes, checking labels, and counting inventory accurately.
- Teamwork: Dependable team player with strong communication skills to coordinate with drivers and supervisors.
