We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who wants to get hands-on experience across content, social media, digital marketing and brand building.
This isn't an internship where you'll spend six months making spreadsheets and watching other people do the interesting work.
You'll actually be involved in building the brand.
What will you do?Social Media & Content
- Help manage Iconiq Wellness' social media channels.
- Come up with fresh, creative content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Research trending formats, topics, sounds, creators and wellness conversations.
- Help create social media posts, reels, stories and other content.
- Write engaging captions, hooks and short-form copy.
- Assist with content calendars and campaign planning.
- Keep an eye on what competitors and global wellness brands are doing.
Content Creation
- Assist in creating content around wellness, recovery, fitness, performance, lifestyle and our products.
- Work with the team to turn product features into content people actually want to watch.
- Help with basic video editing, Canva designs and content formatting.
- Coordinate shoots, product photography and video content when required.
- Help repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats and platforms.
Digital Marketing
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Support paid marketing activities across platforms such as Meta and Google.
- Help monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Research audiences, keywords, competitors and relevant trends.
- Assist with website and SEO-related activities.
- Track important digital metrics and help identify what's working and what's not.
Brand & Growth
- Help brainstorm campaigns and creative ideas to grow brand awareness.
- Research influencers, creators and potential brand collaborations.
- Assist with influencer outreach and coordination.
- Look for interesting opportunities to get Iconiq Wellness in front of the right audience.
- Bring ideas to the table. We genuinely want to hear them.
Who are we looking for?
We're not looking for someone who already knows everything.
We're looking for someone who is curious, creative and willing to learn.
You should be:
- Obsessed with social media and content.
- Naturally curious about wellness, fitness, lifestyle and trends.
- A good writer who knows how to make content sound human.
- Comfortable experimenting with new ideas.
- Someone who notices when a brand is doing something cool and thinks, "We could do that better."
- Comfortable using Canva, Instagram, CapCut or similar tools.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Not afraid to pick up the phone, send a DM or figure something out independently.
Bonus points if you:
- Have managed a college, personal or brand Instagram account.
- Have created Reels/TikToks/Shorts.
- Know basic video editing.
- Understand Instagram analytics and insights.
- Have experimented with Meta Ads or Google Ads.
- Have worked with influencers or creators.
- Have a personal interest in fitness, wellness, biohacking or performance.
- Have a portfolio or examples of content you've created.
