Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensure customer satisfaction, manage renewals, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong relationship management abilities, and experience in handling enterprise or B2B clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
- Maintain strong trust-based relationships to ensure customer retention.
Retention & Renewals
- Manage customer renewals and ensure timely contract closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth renewal processes.
- Resolve client concerns and complaints effectively.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Upselling & Cross-Selling
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
- Work closely with sales teams to maximize account growth and revenue generation.
- Drive long-term account expansion strategies.
Customer Success & Support Coordination
- Coordinate with support and technical teams to resolve customer queries.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Conduct client demos and training sessions when required.
- Monitor customer adoption and engagement to improve overall experience.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Prepare regular account reports, forecasts, and customer feedback summaries.
- Analyze customer data and account performance metrics.
- Conduct periodic reviews to improve client outcomes and service efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and value-based selling skills.
- Experience handling enterprise or B2B clients.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Sales software.
- Good understanding of digital technologies and cloud-based solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer retention and renewals.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
