Max Packers is a well-established corrugated packaging company with over 15 years of industry experience. As part of our next phase of growth, we are expanding our manufacturing capabilities and commissioning a new facility equipped with modern corrugation and converting machinery.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Production Manager to lead this transformation and help build a highly efficient, scalable production operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the transition from manual to semi-automated manufacturing processes.
* Develop, implement, and improve production systems, workflows, and SOPs.
* Manage day-to-day plant operations to maximize productivity and efficiency.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce conversion costs and wastage.
* Ensure optimum manpower planning and workforce productivity.
* Monitor machine utilization, production quality, and operational performance.
* Build and lead a high-performing production team capable of supporting future growth.
Preferred Profile
* Experience in the corrugation, packaging, paper, or related manufacturing industry.
* Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and manpower management.
* Proven leadership experience in handling manufacturing operations.
* Ability to drive operational excellence and production growth.
Compensation
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month
