The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The role requires close coordination with business leaders and employees to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding
● Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including talent sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
● Lead profiling and screening discussions, including initial evaluation of senior and CXO-level candidates
● Orchestrate seamless onboarding and induction experiences to ensure smooth integration of new hires
● Own and continuously optimize recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring dashboards for actionable insights
Employee Relations & Engagement
● Champion employee engagement initiatives and internal communication to foster a positive and high-performance culture
● Proactively support grievance resolution by ensuring timely, fair, and effective handling of employee concerns
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
