The G Card Holder serves as a licensed Customs Broker responsible for independently managing and overseeing customs clearance operations for import and export shipments. This role involves end-to-end ownership of documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with customs authorities. The individual ensures accurate classification, duty assessment, and timely clearance while minimizing delays and risks. Acting as a key point of contact for clients and regulatory bodies, the G Card Holder plays a critical role in ensuring smooth logistics operations, adherence to statutory requirements, and high service standards. Key Responsibilities • Independently handle customs clearance processes for import and export shipments. • Prepare, review, and authorize documentation including Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, invoices, and packing lists. • Classify goods under appropriate HS Codes and ensure correct duty calculation. • Ensure compliance with Customs Act, DGFT regulations, and other applicable laws. • Interact directly with customs officials, port authorities, and regulatory bodies for approvals and clearances. • Supervise and guide F Card holders and junior team members. • Manage EDI filing and ensure accuracy in submissions. • Resolve complex clearance issues, queries, and disputes with customs authorities. • Coordinate with clients, transporters, shipping lines, and internal teams for seamless operations. • Maintain updated knowledge of customs regulations, notifications, and policy changes. • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audits and compliance checks. • Handle assessments, examinations, and out-of-charge processes efficiently
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
