The Manager R&D joins the PowerArtist team to lead and manage the Software Development for the RTL power reduction portfolio. This role is responsible for planning, resource assignments and progress tracking of all activities performed by the members of the team. The Manager R&D will be responsible for line management and personal development of team members, as well as the facilitation of the team’s work.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 10 years’ experience, MS with 8 years’ experience, or PhD with 7 years’ experience

Significant commercial experience with experience in EDA

Proven track record of successful product releases with minimum 7 years of software development experience

Good demonstration of problem solving, algorithms, architecture, SW lifecycle processes
Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Excellent technical knowledge and commercial experience with EDA

Experience leading projects and delivering high-quality products in a large-scale commercial organization

Ability to overcome obstacles and drive projects to completion

Good communication and interpersonal skills
