*Role Clarity*
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven *Market Research Business Development Executive* with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in market research and business development with a proven ability to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, promote market research services, and build long-term client relationships.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Identify potential clients and business opportunities in target markets.
* Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and industry events.
* Promote and pitch market research services to prospective clients.
* Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
* Collaborate with the research team to develop project proposals and pricing.
*Daily Tasks & Activities*
* Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
* Maintain accurate sales records and client communication using CRM tools.
*Requirements*
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of Business Development or Sales experience (Market Research/Consulting preferred).
* Strong understanding of market research services and methodologies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Experience working with global clients is an added advantage.
* Knowledge of Healthcare, Technology, FMCG, or other research sectors is preferred.
* Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation platforms.

Represent the company at industry expos, networking events, and research summits. Participate in sales and negotiation training programs, expand the business network, build strong client relationships, and support the development of junior team members.
*Reporting*
*Weekly Focus Report:* Weekly sales activities, client meetings, and pipeline updates.
*Monthly Progress Report (MPR):* Sales achievements, conversion challenges, competitor analysis, and improvement strategies.
*Quarterly Progress Review:* Sales performance, target achievement, and productivity review.
*Annual Performance Review:* Yearly revenue contribution, client relationship growth, and alignment with organizational goals.
Pay: ₹36,900.00 - ₹62,800.00 per month
