- Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for residential plots.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives and telecallers to deliver high performance.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Organize client meetings, site visits, and promotional sales activities.
- Conduct internal and external meetings with clients, teams, and management.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Arrange regular training sessions for telecallers and sales executives to enhance skills and productivity.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management, and MS Office.
- Market awareness with strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, online lead generation, and campaign coordination.
- Legal knowledge related to residential real estate sales and documentation.
