ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Head to lead and manage the complete creative direction of our fashion brand. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in fashion styling, branding, campaign execution, content planning, team coordination, and production management.
The candidate should be capable of transforming ideas into strong visual branding while ensuring smooth coordination between creativity, marketing, and production operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Direction & Brand Management
- Develop and maintain the overall creative vision and brand identity.
- Plan seasonal themes, fashion concepts, campaigns, and collection presentations.
- Ensure consistency across store visuals, social media, website, shoots, and marketing materials.
- Lead brainstorming sessions for campaigns, photoshoots, launches, and promotions.
Fashion Design Team Management
- Trend Forecasting Stay abreast of current fashion trends, emerging styles, and market demands, translating them into commercially viable designs.
- Conceptualize and develop designs for various collections (initial sketches).
- Guide designers to convert the initial sketches to final Prototypes for styling, color stories, silhouettes, garment construction and customer preferences.
- Manage the design budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximizing ROI.
- Review complete design developments, samples, fabrics, and collection presentations by designer.
- Coordinate with merchandising and production teams for execution.
Production Coordination
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are executed as per brand standards.
- Monitor timelines, quality standards, fittings, and production approvals.
- Ensure smooth communication between design and factory teams.
Photography & Content Supervision
- Direct fashion shoots, product shoots, model styling, and campaign concepts.
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, editors, and creative agencies.
- Approve final creative outputs including banners, reels, catalogs, and advertisements.
Online & Digital Management
- Supervise online branding and digital content strategy.
- Work closely with the social media and e-commerce teams to improve brand engagement and sales.
- Ensure timely execution of online campaigns, launches, and promotions.
Marketing & Campaign Planning
- Plan creative marketing campaigns for festivals, weddings, seasonal collections, and sales promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on advertisements, influencer collaborations, and brand promotions.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Conduct regular reviews and creative meetings.
- Maintain high creative standards and team productivity.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Branding or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in fashion creative management or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling, branding, photography, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD corel draw, etc..).
- Proficiency in AI app executions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience handling multiple teams simultaneously.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, visual storytelling, and fashion presentation.
- Knowledge of fashion retail and apparel production processes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
