Key Responsibilities
- Assess, examine, and stabilize patients in OPD, Emergency, IPD, and ICU (as assigned).
- Provide immediate medical management during emergencies.
- Perform detailed history taking, clinical examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Monitor admitted patients and document daily clinical progress.
- Coordinate with Consultants regarding patient management and treatment decisions.
- Attend medical emergencies and respond promptly to Code Blue/Code Red situations.
- Prescribe medications and investigations as per hospital protocols.
- Review laboratory and radiology reports and initiate appropriate treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Ensure informed consent is obtained before procedures.
- Perform routine bedside procedures within the scope of practice.
- Assist consultants during procedures whenever required.
- Coordinate with Nursing, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Radiology departments.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
- Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical medical practice.

Eligibility
- MBBS with valid Medical Registration.
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of NABH standards is an added advantage.
