Factory Manager – Corrugated Box Manufacturing Plant
We are hiring an experienced Factory Manager for our Semi-Automatic Steam Based Corrugated Box Plant located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle complete factory operations independently
- Manage production planning and daily targets
- Supervise manpower, machine operations, and maintenance
- Ensure quality control and minimum wastage
- Improve production efficiency and reduce downtime
- Coordinate dispatch and production schedules
Plant Details
- Production Capacity: 150 Ton
- 92” & 52” Deckle Corrugation Line
- Semi-Automatic Steam Based Plant
- All required machinery available in-house
Requirements
- Experience in corrugated box / packaging industry
- Strong knowledge of corrugation process and plant operations
- Ability to handle high production capacity
- Leadership and workforce management skills
- Problem-solving and production optimization capability
Preferred Experience
- 7+ years experience in corrugated box manufacturing
